CONNECTION

Arriving together

A gentle introduction to the people, choices and shared agreements that shape the festival.

Meet the people sharing these four days and get a feel for the spaces, workshop choices and shared agreements. We begin with a simple grounding practice and time to connect with the people around us. You can introduce yourself, listen quietly or take part at your own pace.

AWAKENING

Movement & presence

Explore how movement can bring your attention into your body and the present moment.

Begin with gentle movement, then explore how your body responds when there are no steps to follow and nothing to perform. Standing, seated and resting options give you space to follow sensation, pause and notice what feels welcome. No movement experience or partner is needed.

CONNECTION

Listening & connection

Practise listening and expressing yourself without needing to perform or impress.

Through individual reflection and optional paired listening, practise giving someone your attention while staying connected to yourself. There is time to speak, be heard and express a request or boundary. You can work on your own instead, and no touch is required.

SEXUALITY

Tantra, sexual energy & presence

Explore the meeting place between sexual energy, somatic awareness and the heart. Andrew invites you to notice how sensation, pleasure and presence can deepen your relationship with yourself.

Through gentle movement, natural breathing and guided attention, explore what it means to feel more alive without pushing for a particular experience. This is a clothed, self-directed practice with no partner touch. No previous Tantra experience is needed, and there is time to pause, reflect and ask questions.

CELEBRATION

Voice & expression

Explore your voice as a way to express yourself and meet others.

Explore gentle sounds, listening and optional call-and-response exercises. This is a chance to notice how expression feels in your body, rather than to sing well or perform for others. You can speak, make a sound, listen or stay silent, with a quiet moment at the end to let the experience settle.

AWAKENING

Breath & awareness

A quiet exploration of natural breathing and the sensations you notice.

Settle into a comfortable position and notice your natural breathing without forcing or holding it. Gentle guidance brings attention to sensation, followed by time to rest. You can keep your eyes open, change position or simply listen; this workshop does not use intensive breathwork.

Tantra & heartfelt connection

Explore how warmth, curiosity and honest communication can bring us closer. Daniela offers a playful introduction to meeting another person while staying connected to your own feelings and boundaries.

AWAKENING

A space for stillness

Step away from activity and give yourself time to rest, notice and integrate.

Find a comfortable position and follow a short invitation into quiet awareness. There is space to sit, lie down, reflect or simply rest, without needing to make anything happen. We finish with an optional check-in; keeping your eyes open and staying silent are equally welcome.

CONNECTION

Your yes. Your no.

Practise expressing what you welcome and what you would like to decline.

Notice the bodily signals that accompany a yes, a no or uncertainty, then try putting them into words. Optional paired exercises offer time to practise asking for more space, changing your mind and listening to someone else’s limits. No touch is required, and individual reflection is always an option.

SEXUALITY

The pleasure of being present

Explore everyday pleasure through the senses, attention and gentle movement.

Slow down with a body-awareness practice and explore the small pleasures available through your senses. Gentle movement and periods of rest offer time to notice what feels nourishing without chasing an outcome. This is a clothed, self-directed exploration; you choose which invitations to follow.

CELEBRATION

Move as you feel

Let music invite movement, expression and play without needing to know any steps.

Let different rhythms invite movement, expression and play, beginning gently and finishing with time to slow down. There is no choreography and no need to dance with anyone else. Move standing or seated, rest, or enjoy the music quietly. Bring water and clothes you can move in.

CONNECTION

Bringing it into life

Take time to recognise what matters to you as the festival comes to an end.

Come together to recognise the moments, discoveries and connections you want to take home. A guided reflection makes space for one practical intention for everyday life, followed by an optional sharing and farewell. You are welcome to participate quietly and keep your reflections to yourself.
