TICKETS, ROOMS & MEALS

Know what
you are booking.

See the separate prices and the full total before you enter your details.

What does the festival pass include?

Your pass covers the opening and closing gatherings, the workshop programme and all three evenings of entertainment. Accommodation, meals and travel are separate from the pass price.

The current pass is €240 per person, with early-bird pricing until 30 June 2027. The standard pass is €290. See all prices and book your place.

How do accommodation and meals work?

Choose your accommodation in the registration form. Prices are per person for three nights, starting from €60. The nine-meal plan costs €90 per person and is added for everyone in your booking.

Your total brings together your pass, chosen accommodation and meals. Travel and additional purchases are separate.

Can I book for more than one person?

Yes. Choose the number of people in the registration form, then select accommodation and enter the details for each participant. People in the same booking can choose different accommodation. The first participant is the booking contact.

Does early-bird pricing reduce the whole booking?

Early-bird pricing applies to the festival pass only. Accommodation and meals keep their own prices, so you can see exactly what is included in the total.

What if I need to change or cancel a booking?

Cancel at least 30 days before the festival for a 50% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled places, including festival passes, accommodation and meals. For cancellations less than 30 days before the festival, these payments are non-refundable. You can transfer a place to a replacement participant up to seven days before the festival.

If we cancel the festival or change its dates, you can receive a full refund of the festival pass, accommodation and meals paid to us. Read the cancellation and transfer policy, or contact us with your booking reference.

YOUR FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE

Choose what
interests you.

Compare the experiences, meet the facilitators and make space for rest as well as activity.

Is there a minimum age?

Edessa is for adults aged 18 and over. Each workshop description explains the practices involved and any experience or preparation needed.

Do I need previous Tantra experience or a partner?

You can come on your own or with someone. Read the workshop descriptions for the practices involved, any experience needed and whether there are paired exercises. You can decline an invitation or a proposed partner.

How do the programme and workshop pages work?

The Programme shows when and where each workshop happens. Click a workshop title to read its description on the Workshops page, or a facilitator’s name to learn about the person guiding it.

Can I attend both workshops in the same time slot?

The two workshops happen at the same time in different spaces, so choose one. Use the programme to compare the choices and read each workshop description before deciding which to join.

Do I have to take part in every activity?

No. Choose the workshops that interest you and take time to rest. Within a workshop you can decline an exercise, pause or step out. Consent to attend the festival does not mean consent to touch, nudity or any particular practice.

Read the participation agreements.

Which languages are used in the workshops?

If you need a particular language or interpretation, contact us and tell us which workshops interest you. We can check the arrangements with the facilitator before you book.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

Arrive with
what you need.

Practical information to help you prepare for your time at Edessa.

Where can I find arrival times and what to bring?

The arrival and finishing times and practical information are together on The festival page. Bring comfortable clothes for movement, a refillable water bottle and layers for the evenings. Check individual workshop descriptions for anything else to bring.

Where can I find an organiser or first aid?

Ask the team at check-in where organisers can be found and how to reach them in the evening. During a workshop, you can also ask the facilitator. The team can direct you to first aid or help contact emergency services.

Read about on-site help.

What should I check about accessibility?

Contact us about the routes, room access, toilets, showers, seating or quieter spaces you need. We will check the actual arrangements with the venue and facilitators before you book.

Read the access information.

What about water, showers, phone charging and parking?

Bring a refillable bottle, your charger and a power bank if needed. Ask about shower access for your accommodation and tell us if you need parking close to your room.

See the facilities guide and finding your way around the venue.

Can I tell you about dietary or access needs?

Yes. Dietary preferences can be added for each participant during registration. For a severe allergy, a specific diet or an access need, contact us before booking so we can check the arrangements with you.

Is there a way to share a lift?

The festival RideShare is for offering or finding a lift with other participants. Access details are shared after booking confirmation. Drivers can list an offer for participants to contact them, or browse lift requests without listing anything and choose whom to approach. You do not need to publish your own offer to contact someone who has requested a lift. Agree the pickup point, luggage space and any fuel contribution directly with your travelling companions.

Rides are arranged by participants. Read more under Sharing the journey.
