The festival pass includes the opening and closing gatherings, workshops and evening entertainment. Accommodation, meals and travel are separate unless your booking specifically includes them. The registration form shows each item and your total.

Your place is confirmed when payment has been completed and you receive a booking confirmation. Check your details carefully. If you book for other people, make sure they agree and receive the information they need.

Cancel at least 30 days before the festival begins to receive a 50% refund of the amount paid for the places you cancel. This applies equally to festival passes, accommodation and meals, including early-bird bookings. The remaining 50% covers costs committed to preparing the festival.

For cancellations less than 30 days before the festival, payments are non-refundable. The same conditions apply if illness, travel disruption or a change of plans prevents you from attending. Late arrival, early departure and missed workshops do not qualify for a partial refund.

You can transfer your place to a replacement participant by contacting us at least seven days before the festival. There is no transfer administration fee. Send their full name and email address from your booking email address. They must complete their registration and accept the festival terms and participation agreements.

The transfer includes the accommodation and meal arrangements already booked. Changes to accommodation depend on availability and may change the price. We confirm the transfer in writing; a place cannot be shared between different people.

If we cancel the festival, we refund the full amount you paid us for your festival passes, accommodation and meals. If we postpone the festival or change its dates, you can choose to move your booking to the new dates or receive a full refund.

Travel and other services booked independently are outside this refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Use our contact form with the email address used for your booking. Include your booking reference and identify the places you wish to cancel or transfer. For a group booking, you can cancel individual places without cancelling the whole group.

Deadlines are measured from the festival’s published start time, using local time in Bulgaria. We use the time your written request is received. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and we confirm the amount in writing.

Read the consent and participation agreements. You choose which workshops and exercises you join. You may decline, pause or leave a practice. Respect other people’s boundaries and privacy, and follow reasonable venue and safety instructions.

Facilitators, times and spaces may change. Check the current programme and any information sent with your booking. Contact us before booking if a particular arrangement is essential to your visit.
