The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Booking information includes the details needed to arrange your festival place, accommodation and meals. Please only share information relevant to your request and have permission before providing someone else’s details.

We use enquiry details to answer and follow up your question, and booking details to arrange the services you request. Depending on the purpose, this is to take steps towards or fulfil a booking, meet legal obligations, or manage enquiries and website security in our legitimate interests.

Optional marketing needs a separate choice. An enquiry or booking does not automatically subscribe you.

Relevant information is handled by the Edessa organisers and the service providers needed to run the website and your booking. We do not sell your personal information.

This website is hosted by Vercel and loads its typefaces through Google Fonts. These services receive technical request information, such as your IP address. Any handling of personal data outside the European Economic Area requires appropriate data-protection safeguards.

We keep enquiries while we answer your question and resolve related issues. Booking and payment records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons. Once information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to see your information, correct it or request deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask to restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it.

Contact the Edessa team to make a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection. These rights are explained by the European Commission.

The website currently has no advertising or visitor-analytics tools. Hosting and protected access may use cookies needed to operate securely. The contact form does not save your message in browser storage. Any optional tracking introduced later will need a clear choice before it starts.
