YOUR FESTIVAL, YOUR CHOICES

Follow your curiosity.
Find your own pace.

You do not need to follow one facilitator throughout the festival. Explore different approaches, return to something you love, or leave time to rest.

How will I choose a workshop?

Read the facilitator’s introduction alongside the workshop description. Each confirmed workshop will explain what it involves, its time and location, the language used and any experience needed.

The programme shows two workshop choices after each meal on the full festival days. Choose one at a time, or take a break.

Do I need experience or a partner?

That depends on the workshop. Its description will explain any experience needed, paired exercises and alternatives. You can decide what suits you without committing to every activity.

What if a practice does not feel right for me?

You can decline an invitation, pause or leave a practice. Read about any touch, nudity or partner work beforehand, and ask the facilitator if you need something clarified.
