A little clarity.
A warmer welcome.
Practical answers to help you picture the event and decide whether it feels right for you.
Ask Maya a questionBefore you begin
Do I need experience?
No. We explain each invitation and offer choices. Curiosity is enough to begin.
Do I need to come with someone?
You are welcome on your own or with a friend. There are no required partner activities.
What if I have an injury or access need?
Contact Maya before booking so you can discuss suitability, access and possible adaptations. Chair-based options are available. Questions about medical conditions should be discussed with your qualified healthcare professional.
During the event
Do I have to share with the group?
No. Sharing is optional. You can listen, reflect privately or speak when you wish.
Can I pause or sit something out?
Yes. Rest, observation and adapting a movement are welcome throughout. You do not need to explain your decision.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable layers, water and a notebook. For the residential retreat, bring warm outdoor clothing and walking shoes too. Each event page explains preparation, accommodation and meal arrangements.
Booking and practicalities
How long are the events?
Room to move is a three-day non-residential workshop in Prague. Return to yourself is a four-day residential retreat near Sofia, including three nights. Each event page lists dates, arrival times and what is included.
How do I register with a friend?
Each participant completes their own registration so their details and agreements stay together. You can add the name of someone attending with you.
What if my plans change?
Read the booking terms before paying and contact Maya as soon as your plans change. Your options depend on the agreed cancellation and transfer arrangements.
