Learning to listen differently
For a long time, I measured a good day by how much I managed to do. Slowing down felt unfamiliar. Movement practice gave me a different question: what could I notice if I stopped trying to get somewhere? Small discoveries began to change the way I met an ordinary day.
Exploring with other people added something I had not expected. A shared question, a moment of laughter or someone describing what they noticed could open another possibility. I became interested in creating spaces where people could learn from their own experience and feel welcome alongside one another.
