Comfortable movement
Begin with something you can notice. There is no need to arrive with previous experience or a particular result in mind.
A little less effort. A little more choice.
Nora invites you to get curious about the way you move. Through small, comfortable explorations, she helps you notice familiar habits and find possibilities that make sense in your own body.
What interests me is how a discovery travels into ordinary life: getting up from a chair, reaching for something or noticing when you need a rest. My teaching makes room for those small, useful changes.
Events with Nora
I offer a clear starting point, then leave room for your experience. A smaller movement, a pause or a question can tell us more than trying harder. You are welcome to sit, observe or adapt anything we explore.
