Changes and cancellations
Contact The Meeting Place with your event name and booking details if your plans change. The booking conditions explain cancellation, transfer and refund arrangements before payment. Our organising team contacts participants if an event changes.
Taking part
Workshops are for adults exploring somatic movement and personal development. You choose how to participate and may adapt an invitation, rest or stop. Discuss access needs and questions about suitability before booking. Please respect the privacy and choices of others in the group.
Sessions, courses and resources
Each offering describes what is included, its price and any access or validity period. Review those details before choosing. Materials are for your personal use unless a separate permission is agreed with the creator.
Questions and concerns
The Meeting Place is your contact for registration, payment and practical questions. Teaching questions can be passed to the relevant facilitator. Include the event name when contacting us. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
