A little clarity.
A warmer welcome.

Practical answers about the people, the programme and your place in it.

Ask our team

Finding your event

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many people arrive on their own. You do not need to bring a partner, and paired or group invitations are always optional.

Do I need experience?

No previous experience is required for these events. Each page describes what is involved, and the facilitators offer a clear starting point.

Are these residential retreats?

The two events shown are three-day, non-residential workshops. You return to your own accommodation each evening. Meals and accommodation are not included; the event page explains exactly what your ticket covers.

Booking and arriving

Who handles my booking?

The Meeting Place is the organising business and your point of contact for registration, payment and practical questions. Your teaching is led by the facilitators named on the event page.

How do I register with a friend?

Each participant completes their own registration so contact details and agreements stay together. You may add your friend’s name to your form.

Can you help with access needs?

Please contact our team before booking. We can discuss the venue and work with the facilitator to understand possible adaptations. Share only the information needed for that conversation.

What if my plans change?

Contact our team with the event name and booking details. Review the event’s cancellation and transfer arrangements before paying.

During the gathering

Do I have to share something personal?

No. You decide what to share. Listening, writing privately or choosing to observe are all welcome.

Can I take a break?

Yes. Adapt a practice, rest or stop whenever you need. There is no need to explain your choice.

Who do I ask for help?

Your facilitator can help with the teaching. Our organising team can help with the venue, timetable and practical arrangements.
