Writing for yourself
Begin with something you can notice. There is no need to arrive with previous experience or a particular result in mind.
A few words. A little more understanding.
Lea uses simple writing invitations to help people make sense of what they notice. Her approach is welcoming to anyone, including people who would never call themselves a writer.
I bring writing into shared learning as a quiet companion to conversation and movement. It offers another way to listen, especially when an experience needs a little time before it becomes clear.
