Three-day workshop
Guided by Daniel Weiss & Lea Martin
Some conversations leave us feeling closer; others leave us wondering what happened. Slow things down through simple listening practices, optional paired explorations and private writing. Daniel and Lea offer different ways to understand what you notice, with plenty of room for your own pace.
There is time to try, compare and ask questions. You do not need to perform, get it right or have the same experience as anyone else. We begin with what you can comfortably notice, and let curiosity lead the way.
A few practical ways to pause, listen and express yourself in the conversations that matter to you. Your private notes can help you remember what felt meaningful without needing to share them.
There is no particular result you need to produce. Noticing a small change, or recognising what you need, can be a useful beginning.

Daniel creates space for more attentive conversations. His workshops explore listening, expressing what matters and meeting another person without losing touch with yourself.
We practise with everyday conversations, clear invitations and time to reflect. You can choose what to share, pass on a paired exercise or simply listen. Connection becomes more interesting when there is room for an honest choice.
More about Daniel
Lea uses simple writing invitations to help people make sense of what they notice. Her approach is welcoming to anyone, including people who would never call themselves a writer.
You write for yourself first. There is no need to read aloud, explain your story or make something polished. A few honest words can give an experience somewhere to settle.
