  • A comfortable cushion or chair

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Space

Begin by creating a peaceful environment. Sit comfortably, either cross-legged on a cushion or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and allow yourself to settle into the present moment.

Once you feel connected to your heart energy, shift your focus to your sexual energy. You might feel this as a warm sensation in your lower abdomen, pelvis, or genitals. Visualise this energy as a vibrant, pulsing light. On your next inhale, imagine drawing this sexual energy up from your pelvis to your heart, merging it with the heart’s glowing light.

 

  1. Feel the Union

As these two energies combine in your heart, feel the powerful connection between them. Imagine this unified energy expanding, filling your entire being with love, warmth, and compassion. Allow yourself to bask in this sensation, feeling love not just for yourself but for all beings.

 

  1. Express Your Love

To complete the practice, place both hands over your heart. As you breathe, silently repeat the affirmation: "I am love, I am loved, I give love." Feel the truth of these words in your heart. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, bringing this energy into the rest of your day.
