Event Registration Cancellation

• Full Refund:   Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

• Partial Refund:   Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refunds:   Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no extra cost. Please notify us of the change at least 7 days prior to the event with the new attendee's details.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, such as medical or natural disasters, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Event Cancellation by Organisers

If the event is canceled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Alternatively, participants may have the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or a similar future event.

How to Cancel or Modify

To cancel your registration or request a refund:

2. Include your name, ticket number, and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved.
