Expanding Women’sSexuality

The missing map of women’s sexuality

The Pleasure AnatomyThey Never Taught You

Women’s sexuality is often called complicated or mysterious. This seminar asks a more revealing question: what if the mystery was created by the information that disappeared? Andrew restores the full anatomy, then connects it with the emotional, relational and energetic dimensions of women’s sexual experience.

Women’s sexuality is not inherently mysterious. When anatomy, history and lived experience are brought together, questions about pleasure, orgasm, desire, pain and sexual energy can be approached with far greater clarity and compassion.

Anatomy and history

The pleasure anatomy history left out

The seminar begins by restoring the pleasure anatomy and sexual knowledge that generations of women and men were never given.

  • How the complete clitoris extends far beyond the small part that is visible
  • The female prostate, the G-spot and how these structures are understood and debated
  • Why female ejaculation and squirting are different phenomena

Women’s sexuality did not become mysterious because the body is unknowable. It became mysterious because the map was made incomplete.

Restore the missing map of women’s pleasure

Women’s sexuality is often presented as inherently complicated or mysterious. Andrew offers a more compelling explanation: the map became difficult to understand because so much of it disappeared from mainstream education. Drawing on Demystifying Female Genitalia, he traces how important anatomical knowledge was marginalised or removed from medical and educational texts from the nineteenth century onwards.

Using detailed images and diagrams, the seminar restores the structures that ordinary sexual education still tends to reduce or omit. The visible tip of the clitoris becomes one part of its much larger internal structure; the G-spot is explored in relation to surrounding tissues; and the female prostate is brought back into a body map that people can actually understand.

Andrew also distinguishes female ejaculation from squirting. Rather than treating them as interchangeable or mysterious, he explains the different fluids, structures and continuing areas of research with clarity and intellectual honesty.

Emotion and relationship

What the body carries into sexuality

The seminar makes room for the emotional and relational dimensions of sexuality that anatomy books and technique-driven advice often miss.

  • The emotional and relational layers that may accompany difficulty reaching orgasm, reduced pleasure, loss of desire, pain, burning or numbness
  • How sexual guilt, shame, cultural messages and protective patterns can shape pleasure and connection
  • A more compassionate language for desire, boundaries, pleasure and intimate communication

A sexual concern is not a personal failure. It deserves to be understood within the body, the emotions, the relationship and the whole person.

Explore what the body may carry into sexuality

Anatomy is essential, but it is not the whole story. Women’s sexuality is also lived through emotion, relationship, culture and the meanings the body has learned to associate with desire, touch, safety and pleasure.

Andrew explores the emotional and relational layers that may accompany difficulty reaching orgasm, reduced or absent pleasure, loss of desire, low libido, pain or burning during sex, numbness and disconnection. These experiences may also have physical, hormonal, neurological and medical dimensions, so the seminar does not reduce them to a single cause.

Sexual guilt and shame can quietly shape what a woman permits herself to feel, ask for, express or receive. Bringing these influences into awareness can create more compassion, more choice and a more honest language for intimate relationships. Men are warmly welcome, because this understanding can replace guesswork and blame with empathy and clearer communication.

Expanded sexuality

From genital pleasure to whole-body aliveness

Tantric practice opens a wider field in which pleasure, orgasm and sexual energy may expand through the body and support daily life.

  • Ways to cultivate and circulate sexual energy through the whole body
  • The possibility of expanded full-body orgasmic experience and sexual energy as fuel for daily life
  • A heart-centred meditation that can be continued at home

Sexual energy can become more than a moment of release. It can nourish the whole body and the way a person meets life.

Explore pleasure as whole-body aliveness

Women’s sexual possibility does not need to end at genital sensation or a brief peak orgasm. Andrew introduces Tantric perspectives and practices for cultivating and circulating sexual energy through the entire body, opening towards deeper, spreading and expanded full-body orgasmic experience.

This is not another performance target or a standard a woman has to reach. It is an invitation to discover greater sensitivity, choice and capacity for pleasure at a pace that respects the intelligence of the body.

As sexual energy becomes less confined to one part of the body or one sexual goal, it can also become a resource for everyday life: vitality, creativity, presence, emotional openness and connection with the heart. The evening’s Heart-Centred Sexuality Kundalini Yoga meditation offers an individual practice participants can continue at home.

The seminar format

Listen, question and reflect in your own way

This is a seated, illustrated seminar with room for questions. You can simply listen. Nothing personal is asked of you.

01An illustrated seminar, not a workshopDetailed anatomical images are part of the presentation; participation remains seated and private.

The presentation includes detailed educational images and diagrams of female sexual anatomy so the structures can be seen and understood clearly.

Everyone attending remains fully clothed and seated. There is no touch, paired work or sexual exercise, and you never have to share a personal experience.

02Heart-Centred Sexuality meditationAn optional individual practice for cultivating sexual energy and heart-centred awareness.

The only guided practice is the Heart-Centred Sexuality Kundalini Yoga meditation at the end of the evening. It offers an embodied way to cultivate and circulate sexual energy, connect it with the heart and experience it beyond the genitals.

It is an individual practice with no interaction with anyone else. You are welcome to join, adapt it, observe or finish the evening without taking part, and participants can continue the practice at home.

03Questions and privacyAsk what matters to you, or keep your reflections entirely private.

There is time for honest questions, and it is equally fine to keep your reflections entirely to yourself.

Registration details and direct communication with the event team are handled privately.

Come in comfortable clothing. Bring water and a notebook if you would like to take notes.
