A wider map of male sexuality

The BodyEmotionSexual Energy

Men’s sexuality is far more than erection, penetration and ejaculation. This seminar begins with the male sexual body and the prostate as a primary place of pleasure, then moves through the emotional, relational and energetic dimensions that shape how men experience sexuality.

The anatomy is only the beginning. The seminar connects the physical body with emotion, relationship, learned sexual patterns and the energetic possibilities opened through Tantric practice.

The physical body

The male sexual body beyond the penis

The seminar begins by widening the familiar map of male pleasure beyond penile sensation and towards the prostate and the whole body.

  • Why male pleasure is often narrowed to the head of the penis
  • The prostate as a primary place of pleasure and a pathway towards deep, expansive bodily experience
  • Moving from localised stimulation towards whole-body orgasmic experience

The penis is part of male pleasure, but it does not have to be the whole map.

Explore the physical map of male pleasure

Most men have been conditioned to locate sexual pleasure primarily in the head of the penis. There is nothing wrong with penile pleasure, but when it becomes the overwhelming focus it can keep sexuality localised, goal-oriented and disconnected from the rest of the body.

Andrew presents the prostate as a primary place of male pleasure. Learning to activate, awaken and include the prostate can open the possibility of deeper, spreading and more expansive orgasmic experience throughout the body.

Emotion and relationship

The emotional life of male sexuality

Men’s sexual concerns often carry emotional and relational dimensions that cannot be understood through anatomy or technique alone.

  • How emotional and relational patterns can be connected with common sexual difficulties
  • Premature ejaculation, erectile difficulties, delayed ejaculation and reduced pleasure in a wider context
  • How shame, pressure, disconnection and relationship experience can shape sexuality

A sexual difficulty may be physical, emotional or relational, and often deserves to be understood within the whole person.

Explore what men are rarely invited to discuss

Information about anatomy and sexual function is readily available. What is discussed far less often is the emotional life of men’s sexuality: what the body has learned, what a man protects, what he fears, and how relationship experiences shape arousal, pleasure and connection.

Andrew explores premature ejaculation, erectile difficulties, delayed or absent ejaculation, reduced sensation, difficulty feeling pleasure and limited access to expanded orgasmic states within this wider emotional and relational context. These concerns are not reduced to one cause or one technique.

Women are warmly welcome. Understanding these less visible dimensions of men’s sexuality can replace blame and guesswork with greater empathy, more accurate language and more honest conversation in relationships.

A conscious alternative

From ejaculation-driven sex to conscious sexuality

Tantric practice can interrupt the ejaculation-driven cycle and help transform sexual energy into whole-body pleasure, awareness and heart-centred connection.

  • The difference between orgasm and ejaculation, and the widespread conditioning towards ejaculation as the goal of sex
  • How Tantric practice cultivates and circulates sexual energy through the body
  • Developing a more conscious, connected and heart-centred sexuality

When ejaculation is no longer the automatic goal, sexuality can become a wider field of pleasure, energy, choice and connection.

Explore the Tantric alternative

For many men, ejaculation has become the unquestioned destination of sexual activity. Andrew examines this widespread conditioning as a largely unrecognised pattern of reliance and addiction: arousal gathers, sex becomes goal-oriented, ejaculation brings the encounter to an end, and the cycle begins again.

Tantric practice offers another possibility. By separating orgasm from ejaculation, learning to remain present with arousal, and cultivating and circulating sexual energy through the body, men can begin to develop greater choice and a richer capacity for pleasure.

This is not about withholding ejaculation or creating a new achievement. It is about moving towards conscious sexuality in which pleasure can deepen, sexual energy can nourish the whole body, the prostate can become part of the experience, and sexuality can be connected with intimacy and the heart.
