Aware of the accusations of sexual misconduct against him, Andrew Barnes has opted for a path of healing, accountability, and transparency. Instead of resorting to secrecy, punishment, ignoring it, or hoping the matter would resolve itself, he actively undertook an accountability process with Safe Mediation (third party mediators) which formally concluded in April 2023.
