I (Andrew Barnes or Lantern Lifestyle Coaching) am not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by us. You understand that my products and offerings are not therapy and do not substitute for therapy if needed, and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.


When you choose to purchase a product or course from Andrew Barnes and Lantern Lifestyle Coaching, or consume their content, you acknowledge and assume the following responsibilities:

In cases of significant infringement, such as plagiarism, legal action may be pursued.

Payment Plans

By opting for a payment plan, you commit to fulfilling all payments as specified at checkout, irrespective of your participation level. Payment plans are designed to make your investment in personal or business growth more manageable. It is mandatory to complete all payments in full, even if you decide to withdraw from the course.


Should there be a failure to meet payment obligations, your access to the program and its materials will be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.


Furthermore, you agree to cover all costs incurred by us in the process of recovering any outstanding amounts owed under this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for debt collection agencies and legal costs, irrespective of whether legal action is initiated to recover the debt.

If, at our request, you submit specific entries (e.g., contest entries) or, without a request from us, you submit creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, via email, postal mail, or otherwise ('comments'), you grant us the right to use these submissions in any way we choose without restriction. Refund Policy for Online courses, coaching and digital products

Unless specified otherwise, all online courses, coaching sessions, and digital products purchased through our site are 100% non-refundable, and returns will not be accepted.

Replacement & Refund Policy: For Physical Products


Thank you for shopping at Andrew Barnes Lantern Lifestyle Coaching. We value your business and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you find any reason to not be fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our replacement and refund policy outlined below.


Replacement Window:

Should you encounter any quality issues with the products you've received, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Explain the problem, and our team will do everything we can to investigate and find a resolution. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order (of the same product) as quickly as possible.



For defective or damaged items, rest assured we will cover the costs of sending a replacement (of the same product), or provide a full refund. Please note that minor colour and paper variations may occur due to the nature of the printing process and are not considered defects. You will be required to provide evidence of the defective or damaged item by sending us a description and photos or a video showing the issue.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us.


Lost in Transit Orders

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, first recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted; this period can vary between 7 to 30 days.


If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, resulting in the shipment being returned to the sender, the shipment will be safely disposed of. Please note that refunds are not available in this situation. Should you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new shipment.


Order Rejected by the Customer:

If you reject the shipment at the time of delivery, it will be returned to the sender and disposed of safely. Please note that refunds are not available in this situation. Should you wish to place a new order with an updated address or order details, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.


Unclaimed Orders

If you are unable to receive your order at the given address, the shipment may be held for pickup at your local post office or carrier pickup point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender and disposed of safely, and no refund will be issued. If you would like to submit a new order with an updated address or order details, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
