The calling

Meet the body wherechange comes alive

There is something profound in witnessing another person become more present in their body and more certain of the choices that belong to them.

A breath deepens. A boundary becomes clearer. Sensation begins to return. Energy moves. The body speaks in a language the participant can feel and trust. Learning to recognise these moments, respond with skill and support the participant’s own authority is both a privilege and a craft you develop as a practitioner.

Week 1 · 29 March–4 April

Integral Body De‑armouring

Week 1 introduces Integral Body De-armouring as the first stage of the modality. Through teaching, demonstration and guided practice, you begin developing practitioner presence, sensitive touch, clear communication and participant-led pacing.

  • The philosophy, Three Stages and Four Core Principles
  • Stage One non-genital body de-armouring
  • Practitioner presence, communication and participant-led pacing
  • Optional foundations of yoni de-armouring

This is where the practitioner journey begins to take form: in the quality of your presence, the sensitivity of your touch and the participant’s growing trust in their own body.

Explore the Week 1 journey

Week 1 takes the modality from philosophy into lived practice. You will explore how the Three Stages form one progressive pathway and how the Four Core Principles guide the choices made within a session.

Demonstrations, role-plays and guided practice introduce complete Stage One body de-armouring sessions, with attention to touch, communication, pacing, boundaries and the participant’s authority.

Week 1 also introduces the foundations of yoni de-armouring, or female genital de-armouring. Giving and receiving this intimate practice are optional and are approached with clear information, specific consent and respect for each participant’s readiness.

The learning established here continues through Sexual Restoration and Capacity Expansion, giving the later intimate and pleasure-oriented work a clear participant-led foundation.

Week 2 · 21–27 June

Sexual Restoration

Week 2 deepens into Stage Two de-armouring through the body, pelvis and sexual body, exploring how different forms of armouring may influence sensation, sexual confidence and a person’s relationship with their body.

  • Stage Two body, pelvic and genital de-armouring
  • Yoni and lingam de-armouring within an optional practice structure
  • Female and male sexuality and common sexual concerns
  • Participant-centred communication and Professional Judgement
  • Aftercare, integration and practitioner self-reflection

At the heart of Week 2 is restoration through de-armouring: preparing the body for greater access to sensation, bodily belonging, sexual confidence and choice on the participant’s own terms.

Explore the Week 2 journey

Week 2 carries Integral Body De-armouring into Stage Two Tantric Body De-armouring and Sexual Restoration. The work may continue through the body and pelvis before moving into the sexual body, always within a progressive, participant-led process.

The training includes Stage Two yoni de-armouring and introduces lingam de-armouring, or male genital de-armouring. Opportunities may be available to practise giving lingam de-armouring sessions to men. Giving, receiving and observing remain optional.

You will explore how physical, emotional and sexual armouring may relate to sensation, connection, sexual confidence and common sexual concerns, while developing a broader understanding of female and male sexuality.

The professional learning develops your capacity to gather relevant information, recognise when a session needs to be adapted and support appropriate aftercare and integration without assuming what a participant’s responses mean.

The week also invites practitioner self-inquiry, including the ability to speak about sexuality with maturity, hold clear ethical boundaries and meet the sexual body with knowledge, steadiness and respect.

Week 3 · 25–31 October

Capacity Expansion

Week 3 moves into Capacity Expansion, the third stage of Tantric Body De-armouring, where Purposeful Pleasure supports the intentional development of capacities chosen by each participant.

  • Purposeful Pleasure within Capacity Expansion
  • Participant-selected capacity development
  • A more conscious relationship with pleasure and sexual expression
  • Optional prostate and intra-oral de-armouring practices

Capacity Expansion supports each participant to develop a richer and more conscious relationship with pleasure, shaped by the direction that matters to them.

Explore the Week 3 journey

Week 3 introduces Capacity Expansion as the third developmental orientation of Tantric Body De-armouring. The work begins with the capacities a participant genuinely wants to cultivate and what meaningful development would look like for them.

Purposeful Pleasure brings intention to the use of pleasure, supporting development without pressure, performance or a predetermined idea of what the participant should experience.

The week also introduces intra-oral and prostate de-armouring. Participation in giving, receiving and observing these practices is optional, and trainees who choose to do so may have opportunities to practise giving prostate de-armouring sessions to men.

Across the complete training

Woven through all three weeks

Some of the most important learning cannot be placed neatly inside a single week. These threads travel with you through the complete training, deepening as you move from Integral Body De-armouring through Sexual Restoration and into Capacity Expansion.

01

Consent, choice and participant authority

Progressive Informed Consent is woven through every week. You will explore clear possibilities, options and genuine alternatives, while learning to keep each participant’s voice, boundaries and authority at the heart of the work.

02

Boundaries, power and professional growth

Across the three weeks, you will deepen your understanding of professional boundaries, power, practitioner competence and scope of practice, including the wisdom to recognise when referral or another form of support is needed.

03

Safety, anatomy and thoughtful care

Anatomy becomes practical and alive as you learn to recognise contraindications, work with careful hygiene and infection prevention, and approach each practice with the safety and care it asks for.

04

Learning through experience and reflection

You will learn through giving, receiving and observing, with space for practitioner self-observation, feedback, reflection and supervised practice. Each part helps the work move from knowledge into embodied understanding.

Professional and personal pathways

Who this training is for

Women come to this training for different reasons. Some want to bring Tantric Body De-armouring into work they already do, some feel the beginning of a new vocation, and others are drawn to the depth of the personal journey and want to understand the modality from within.

For practitioners and women beginning a vocationExplore the professional learning pathway

The programme is created primarily for women who already support others and would like to learn a new modality they can thoughtfully integrate into their work. This may include body-oriented practitioners, sexuality educators, coaches, counsellors, healthcare professionals, retreat facilitators, movement practitioners and women working in related fields.

Some women arrive with years of professional experience; others are standing at the beginning of a new vocational direction and feel called to become Tantric Body De-armouring practitioners. What matters is a genuine interest in the work, emotional maturity, self-awareness, respect for boundaries and a willingness to learn, practise and receive feedback.

For women who choose the practitioner pathway, the three weeks offer a progressive foundation for developing the knowledge, embodied skill and professional understanding this work asks for.

For women joining as a personal journeyExplore the personal-development pathway

Some women come because they want to experience the training as a deep personal journey within a group of women. They may be curious about Tantric Body De-armouring, want to understand the modality from within, or feel drawn to explore their own embodiment, sexuality and personal growth through three weeks of learning and shared experience.

You can attend for personal development without committing to become a practitioner. You will be part of the same learning community, with room to give, receive, observe and reflect in ways that honour your choices and the reason you came.

You will not be assessed as a practitioner during the three weeks unless you choose that pathway for yourself.

A developmental map

The Three Stages of Tantric Body De-armouring

The Three Stages are a simple way of understanding how Tantric Body De-armouring may unfold over time. It begins with non-genital body de-armouring, may then deepen through Sexual Restoration into the pelvis and genitals, and can later move towards Capacity Expansion, where pleasure is used purposefully to develop what matters to the participant. This is a guide rather than a rigid ladder. The work can slow down, pause or return to an earlier stage whenever that is more helpful.

01

Integral Body De‑armouring

Develops foundational capacities such as Somatic Awareness, communication, agency, boundary recognition, regulation and participant-led body de-armouring.

02

Sexual Restoration

Works with physical, emotional and sexual armouring and supports greater access to healthy sexual sensation, responsiveness, confidence and expression.

03

Capacity Expansion

Intentionally develops participant-selected capacities related to desire, arousal, pleasure, orgasmic experience, sexual skills, presence, regulation and conscious choice.

Not everyone will need or want to explore all three stages. The pace and direction are shaped around the individual, their readiness, their goals and what feels right for them.

How the work is practised

The Four Core Principles

These principles guide every Integral Body De-armouring and Tantric Body De-armouring session. Throughout the training they shape how you give, receive, observe and communicate, and they continue to guide how sessions unfold and how professional decisions are made in practice.

01

The Optimal Challenge Zone

Practitioner and participant work collaboratively within a participant-specific level of meaningful activation while awareness, communication, choice and capacity for integration remain available.

02

The Progressive Approach

The work unfolds gradually according to readiness. It may move forward, slow down or return to earlier foundations depending on what the participant needs.

03

The Collaborative Process

We call the person receiving a session the participant, rather than the client, to reflect their active role in the experience. They remain involved in feeling, communicating, choosing and guiding what is acceptable, while professional judgement never takes authority away from them.

04

The Activation–Integration Cycle

Active experiences are balanced with breathing, settling, reflection and integration. Change develops through the rhythm between activation and integration.

Learning through experience

A conscious embodiment experience with integrated outcomes

Tantric Body De-armouring brings theory and direct experience together, allowing the learning to become felt, practised and integrated rather than held only as information.

Explore how the training is learned

The training weaves together theory and discussion, demonstrations, guided practice, giving and receiving, observation, feedback, individual and group reflection, movement, breath and time to integrate. You always have choice in what you give, receive and experience, and you can pause, choose an alternative or step back.

Receiving can help you understand vulnerability, communication, choice and the effects of different forms of touch from the participant’s perspective. Giving develops technical ability, sensitivity and Professional Judgement. Observing offers another viewpoint, making subtle details easier to recognise.

Alongside the practice, you are invited to notice your own assumptions, expectations, emotions and relationship with practitioner authority. The steadiness of your presence, the clarity of your boundaries and your ability to remain grounded matter as much as technique.

There is also space for connection, movement, laughter, rest and quiet reflection. Over time, these different ways of learning allow knowledge to settle into how you listen, communicate, touch and relate.

The practitioner you are becoming

Support another person without taking over their process

This training asks you to develop the sensitivity to listen, the technical knowledge to respond, the humility to remain curious and the professional clarity to recognise the limits of your role.

You will learn how to work with the body and sexuality, meet vulnerability with steadiness, communicate with authenticity and respect the individuality of every participant. You will be learning a modality, but you will also be developing the person who practises it.

This is a pathway of professional skill, ethical responsibility, sexuality and personal growth. It is grounded in respect for the intelligence, dignity and choices of every person who enters the room.

  • Feel more connected to their bodies
  • Communicate what they need
  • Recognise and express their boundaries
  • Soften protective patterns
  • Develop greater sexual confidence and self-understanding
  • Experience greater agency in embodiment and sexuality
  • Move towards personally meaningful development

Choice, sexuality and professional scope

Four chapters to read before registering

These chapters explain the intimate practices, choices and professional responsibilities you need to understand before registering.

01Sexuality, genital de-armouring and Purposeful PleasureSexuality is explicit in the curriculum and is approached with maturity, clarity and respect.

Sexuality is an explicit part of this practitioner training. Depending on the week, practices may include pelvic, yoni, lingam and prostate de-armouring, together with Purposeful Pleasure and participant-selected capacity development.

During Sexual Restoration, genital de-armouring remains oriented towards softening armouring and supporting access to sensation and responsiveness. During Capacity Expansion, pleasure may be used intentionally through Purposeful Pleasure.

The purpose of a session is shaped by the participant’s goals and the developmental orientation of the work, not simply by the area of the body involved.

02Your choice remains yoursPersonal participation and professional competency are not assumed to be identical.

Body, pelvic, genital and pleasure-oriented practices are possibilities within the training, not compulsory personal experiences or measures of progress. Learning may involve giving, receiving, observing, adapting, pausing or declining.

Consent is specific to each practice and remains reversible. Consent to one form of touch does not imply consent to another, and you may change your mind at any time.

Professional learning and certification requirements will be explained clearly, while your authority over your own participation remains intact.

03Progressive Informed ConsentAwareness or interest is not consent; specific consent remains reversible throughout.

Significant practices are introduced in advance so that participants have time to understand what may occur, ask questions and consider their boundaries and relevant personal agreements.

Information includes the purpose and nature of a practice, possible responses and after-effects, relevant limitations, available options and genuine alternatives, including postponing or declining.

Interest does not equal consent, and willingness alone does not establish readiness. Progression also depends on capacity and appropriate Professional Judgement.

04Trauma-informed practice and professional scopeTantric Body De-armouring is trauma-informed, but it is not trauma therapy.

Practitioners learn to recognise when trauma-related responses may be present, adapt sessions sensitively and remain attentive to capacity without deliberately overwhelming participants.

They do not diagnose trauma or present the modality as trauma treatment. The training also develops awareness of professional scope and when another qualified form of support may be needed.

Knowing how to proceed with care, when to pause and when to refer is part of professional competence.

This is a women-only practitioner training. Individual body, pelvic, genital and pleasure-oriented practices remain optional and consent-based.
