Accountability Process
Andrew undertook a third-party accountability process with Safe Mediation in response to allegations of sexual misconduct. The process formally concluded in April 2023.
This disclosure remains public as part of a commitment to transparency and to preserving a pathway outside Andrew’s own organisation for anyone seeking information or wishing to raise a concern.

Safe Mediation remains the independent point of contact for questions about the accountability process or concerns someone does not want to raise directly with Andrew or his team.
No one is required to contact Andrew first. This website does not retell or interpret Safe Mediation’s work, and it does not speak on Safe Mediation’s behalf.
