Practitioner Directory

Practitioner Directory Terms

Independent Practitioner Disclaimer

A clear account of what the directory does

The directory introduces practitioners who have successfully completed the Tantric Body De-armouring Practitioner Training. It helps you find someone, read their profile and make an initial enquiry.

The practitioner you contact provides their own independent service. These terms explain what training completion means, how an enquiry is passed on and where responsibility sits when you contact or book with a practitioner.

Purpose and Scope

A directory connection, not a practitioner service

Andrew maintains the directory and the website pathway that passes an initial enquiry to the practitioner you choose. He does not provide, book, manage or directly supervise the practitioner’s individual service.

If you continue after the first enquiry, your communication, Discovery Session, booking agreement, payment and de-armouring sessions are between you and the practitioner. Their own terms should explain their fees, cancellations, privacy practices and other service arrangements.

These terms apply to the directory and its enquiry relay. They may be updated as the directory develops.

What Inclusion Means

Training completion and independent practice

Directory inclusion confirms a particular training pathway. It is not a personal promise about every future session or a substitute for the Discovery Session between you and the practitioner.

01

Training completed

A published listing means the practitioner has successfully completed the Tantric Body De-armouring Practitioner Training and has supplied the information required for their directory profile.

02

An independent service

The practitioner offers sessions in their own name and is responsible for practising lawfully in every country, state, region or other jurisdiction where they work. Their availability, fees, booking terms, cancellation arrangements, professional decisions and session delivery are also their responsibility.

03

No guaranteed outcome

Training completion does not mean Andrew continuously supervises the practitioner, guarantees that they are suitable for every person, endorses every professional decision or guarantees a particular result.

Discovery Sessions

Online or in person, as shown on the profile

Each practitioner profile states whether that practitioner offers Discovery Sessions online, in person or both. The de-armouring sessions that may follow take place in person.

The Discovery Session is a mutual conversation. You can explain what has brought you, ask questions and learn how the practitioner works. The practitioner can learn about you, consider whether their experience is suited to what you bring and explain how the work may begin. Neither person is obliged to continue.

Sending an Enquiry

Your message is passed to the practitioner you choose

The website uses your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, selected areas of interest and message to send your enquiry to the practitioner you choose. The practitioner can then reply to you directly and is responsible for how they handle the information within their own independent practice.

The practitioner’s private email address, telephone number and exact practice address are not published. Share enough to help the practitioner understand what you would like support with, but avoid including a full health, trauma or sexual history, or personal information about anyone else. More detail can be discussed directly once you understand the practitioner’s privacy arrangements.

Read the Personal Data Protection notice for more about how website information is collected, used, shared and protected.

Concerns and Complaints

The pathway depends on what the concern is about

A concern about the service

Questions about a booking, payment, cancellation, refund, session or professional agreement should be taken up with the practitioner. You may also use any consumer, professional, safeguarding or regulatory pathway available where you live.

A concern about a listing

You can contact Andrew about inaccurate profile information, a false training claim or conduct that may affect whether a practitioner should remain in the directory. Andrew may review, correct, suspend or remove a listing, but does not decide compensation or resolve the practitioner’s service agreement on their behalf.

Urgent help

The directory and enquiry pathway are not emergency, medical or crisis services. If anyone is in immediate danger or needs urgent care, contact the appropriate emergency, medical, police or safeguarding service where the person is located.

Contacting Andrew

Use the website contact page if your concern relates to the accuracy or continued inclusion of a directory listing.

Limits of the Directory

Andrew is not a party to the practitioner’s service

To the fullest extent the law permits, Andrew is not responsible for an independent practitioner’s assessment, advice, conduct, acts, omissions, session delivery, fees, cancellations, refunds or outcomes. The directory does not guarantee availability, suitability, safety or a particular result.

Rights the Law Preserves

This disclaimer does not remove rights that cannot be removed

Nothing on this page excludes or limits a right, remedy, duty or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes responsibility for Andrew’s own operation of the directory and handling of enquiry information where applicable.
