About This Retreat
Tantric Body De-armouring Retreat – Level 1: 27th–31st October
We begin our journey together on 27th October, with check-in open from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. This Level 1 experience offers a deep dive into tantric body de-armouring — a powerful process of release, awakening, and reconnection. We complete our time together on 31st October, leaving you more open, energised, and attuned to your inner landscape.
Tantric Body De-armouring Retreat – Level 2: 31st October–4th November
Level 2 begins on 31st October, with check-in again between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. This advanced retreat builds on your previous experience, guiding you into deeper layers of embodiment and transformation. We close on 4th November, with your body and being more aligned, liberated, and alive.
CENTRUM ŽIVÁ VODA
Nestled in the heart of the Czech Republic and immersed in nature, Centrum Živá Voda offers a serene and supportive environment for your stay.
At Centrum Živá voda, there are various accommodation options available for retreat participants.
The modern rooms vary in size, with some featuring 3 beds, others 4, 5, or 6 beds. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom for convenience and comfort.
Additional bathrooms are available throughout the venue. The cost for these accommodations is 60 euros per night.
For those on a budget or seeking a simpler experience, the meditation hall within the venue offers comfortable mattresses as an alternative accommodation option. The cost for these accommodations is 55 euros per night.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring clarity for all parties involved.
Event Registration Cancellation
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no extra cost. Please notify us of the change at least 7 days prior to the event with the new attendee's details.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, such as medical or natural disasters, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the event is canceled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Alternatively, participants may have the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or a similar future event.
How to Cancel or Modify
To cancel your registration or request a refund:
Submit your request via the contact form or customer support email provided at the time of registration.
Include your name, ticket number, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved.
