Clear arrangements help the work feel settled from the beginning. This policy explains what happens when plans change, you choose to pause or end coaching, or Andrew cannot continue.
The spirit of the agreement
Coaching asks for trust, time and genuine participation. A clear agreement protects that space while recognising that real lives do not always run to plan.
If something unexpected happens, make contact as soon as you can. The terms below give us a dependable starting point, while leaving room to meet genuine emergencies with care and common sense.
This policy applies to Discovery Sessions, Continuing Coaching, Coaching Series, Sexuality Pathways and coaching or mentoring arrangements purchased from Andrew Barnes.
A longer personal or professional mentoring arrangement may also include a separate written agreement. If that agreement changes a practical detail, the change will be made clear before payment. Your statutory consumer rights cannot be removed by either document.
Prices are shown in US dollars. A session or package is confirmed once the relevant payment and booking steps have been completed.
Sessions within a package are arranged individually, allowing time between conversations for reflection and practice. By purchasing, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read this policy.
Plans sometimes need to move. You may reschedule a session without charge when you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will normally use that session. Genuine emergencies will always be considered with care and reasonable discretion.
If Andrew needs to move a session, it will be rescheduled without any loss to you.
You are free to bring coaching to a close at any time. Before the first session, a coaching pack may be cancelled and refunded, subject to any non-excludable legal requirements that apply to the purchase.
Once coaching has begun, completed sessions are recalculated at the ordinary single-session price for the same format. The remaining unused balance is then returned to the original payment method. Individual 60-minute sessions are calculated at $120 USD each and couples 90-minute sessions at $165 USD each.
Recalculation can reduce a refund to zero, but it will not create an additional amount for you to pay. Where practical, an agreed refund will be initiated within 14 days, although your bank or payment provider may take longer to complete it.
These periods begin on the purchase date unless another starting date is agreed in writing beforehand. Personal and Professional Mentoring follow the schedule stated in the individual agreement.
If serious illness or unexpected circumstances may prevent you from using sessions in time, please make contact before the expiry date. An extension may be considered fairly, although it cannot be guaranteed.
Discovery Sessions are the same price whether you attend individually or with a partner. Continuing Coaching is offered as a 60-minute individual session for $120 USD or a 90-minute couples session for $165 USD.
The individual Sexuality Pathways include six 60-minute sessions for $675 USD. Couples pathways for When Sex Isn’t Working and The Revelation include six 90-minute sessions for $950 USD.
If Andrew cannot continue the work, you may choose replacement dates where that is practical or receive a refund for the unused portion of the package. In this situation, completed sessions are not repriced and no administration charge is deducted.
This policy does not limit any consumer right that the law says cannot be excluded. If the law that applies to your purchase gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
Eligible European Union consumers who purchase a service online generally have 14 days after the contract is agreed to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask for coaching to begin during that period, you may need to pay for the part already provided. The right may be lost once a service has been fully delivered after your express agreement and acknowledgement.
